Does it really cost nothing?

For buyers and sellers, yes. CLOSR takes no commission and charges no listing fee. You pay your own lawyer at closing, and anyone else you choose to hire.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Only to book a showing or make a formal offer. Browsing needs no account; saving homes and asking a seller a question need an account, but no ID check.

What if I am not in Calgary?

Sign up anyway. CLOSR is opening in Calgary first, then across Alberta, and we will let you know when it opens in your market.
